Hardware repair(5x9x15CD-S (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00))： 1. A repaired device will be shipped out within 15 calendar days after Ruijie receives the defective device. Available nine (9) hours a day, five (5) days a week(local public holidays excluded). 2. If Ruijie could not manage to repair the faulty product, then Ruijie shall ship new equivalent or better product stated on end of sales announcement as replacement.) |
